Heating coating is a technology to strengthen up and upgrade the surface quality. Heating coating means heating the powder or cable rod by the heating source (flame or electric arc) to be melted or semi-melted status, and then takes high voltage airflow to atomize the powder and spray them to the coating substance to make up a coating layer. The coating layer on the surface can enable the metal parts to have anti wear out, anti-rust, anti high temperature oxidization, insulation, heating proof, anti radiation and sealing etc. It is widely used in the pre-protective parts which need work under high temperature or need anti wear out or rust.
Question:
1.Cycle stop function. we are tighten all electrical connection & Check but the cycle stop meter working few times then automatic not working. The powder coating function ok but vibration continue.
2. Voltmeter & ammeter on Panel not working.The heating Ok but on panel voltmeter & ammeter not showing.
