Question: Slotted type Armature winding machine can't index well in auto mode and can finish the winding in stepping mode
Answer: Please inform how many armatures tried in stepping mode continuously?
There are three major root cause related to the slotted type armature winding machine indexing issue,
1. Constant air pressure is needed for the pusher to push the wire in commutator slotting area promptly
2. Wire is blocked in slipping tooling and protection tooling,
check the armature lamination stack position and the commutator slotting position,
commutator should be pressed well and constantly to armature stack
3. The wire slotting size including length, depth, width should be enough for the wire to go inside after winding
