How to know if the rotor testing equipment is accurate?
There are two ways to judge if the testing equipment is suitable,
1. After you test the aluminum casting rotor on machine, the waveform showed it is default rotor, you can turn and cut and rotor to see inside broken bar
2. Compressor rotor testing Machine WIND-RT-1 judge the rotor is broken bar, thin bar, you can still install this rotor on motor, and take it to do the motor performance test, during the testing experiment you can see the motor’s power is smaller than then qualified OK rotor, also the no load current is bigger than normal rotors.
