The automatic stator winding is an important part of the Motor Cycles. During the rainy seasons moisture gets accumulated on the surface of the Stator Coil. It reduces the efficiency of the Stator winding and there on the Motor Cycle. Therefore it has become important to coat the surface of the Stator winding with specific resins.
Wede has developed a special purpose machine to impregnate the stator with specific resin.
Each stator is prepared outside the machine and wired on a winding, inserting machine,Then put the stators to the baskets ready for loading, and preheating, air cooling , varnish dipping, balancing dipping,colloidizing & postcuring,unloading, the stator varnish machine video demo the process
Machine Features:
1.Varnish dipping depth 220mm; varnish tank by lifting mechanism, its travel is adjustable
2.Pitch time, varnish dipping time is adjustable within 0-99 min, setting up and displaying by time relay
3. Heating air circulating style electrical heating device, heater connection is on top of machine, safty
and realiable.
4. Working temperature of the tunnel is adjustable within 95-105℃ (temperature in the postcuring area
is adjustable within 50-140℃),The space between the frame and external/internal plate of the
tunnel is filled with qualified heating proof foam to keep warm.
5. Heating temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature monitor meter, heating in each zone
could be set up, displayed and with over temperature alarm.
6. Automatic heating isolating door in every exit/entrance of the tunnel to reduce energy loss in the tunnel
7. Centifigual exhausting blowers in the machine to do exhausting air sucking from loading & unloading area,
varnish dipping area, colloidizing & postcuring area.
8. Machine is controlled by program, all actions run automatically except the loading & unloading. Machine
has the manual operation system to convenient the commission and maintenance.
