Fully automatic belt straight lamination stator rolling and winding machine is widely used in automotive generator, electric bike rotor, elevate motor and some other electric motor.
The stator produced by straight lamination press, rolled to be in shape exactly same as structure and performance of the ones made by traditional work process. The difference is the former stator upgrades the material usage rate and production efficiency in large degree. Production ability mainly relies on two factors:
1. Working efficiency of the press. It can make the press and rolling winding finished at the same pace (press Qty=rolling winding Qty, auto cutting, separating)
2. Press capacity: setting up the slots No. according to the press capacity. Production rate: slots No./circle x circles No./piece(stator) divides times/minutes (working speed of the press) x slots no. each tooling/time=time/piece (stator)
