For the process of induction cookertop production, such as the Litz wire (Fil de Litz) winding machine, you may consider 3M method for save cost if 3M is cheaper than glue in your country,
(or there would actually be a layer of Nomex heat resistant tape that would be applied to the top side of the ferrites. This would insulate the ferrites from the coil and prevent shorting)
For 3M method, you only need one set fixture (bottom fixture and up fixture) which is USD110, the process is as below,
1. Put on the tooling to the machine
2. Put on the bottom fixture to the machine
3. Winding
4. You stick the 3M double faced adhesive tape to the coil support,
Pull of the paper to let the adhesive tape active,
Stick the coil support to the winding
5. Assemble on the up fixture, fasten the screw to fetch out the coil, then apply glue to it,
