Armature weight is not critical and in theory the standard machine can handle armature below 5KGS,
Armature OD is related to trickling varnish machine's chain pitch, and the armature shaft length is related to rolling and dipping machine's width, the Max weight is related to rotation axis' shaft diameter.
For the curing time, in China's motor manufacturing plant, there is 30 minutes, 60 mintues,90minutes, calculatin by a 60 working station , 80 working station (5meters to 6 meters), 30 minutes curing time, 2 hours the first cycle, then 1 hour / cycle, in this way we can calculate the output,
In the stator varnish and armature rolling and dipping machine,chiller is helpful to solve the problem as below:
We cannot recycle the varnish because the varnish is thickened after the trickling process. The temp on the armature surface is hot. The “warm” varnish is moving “slowly” inside the tubes of the trickling pump. I am wondering if the chiller can help to “thinner” the varnish so that it can move more freely inside the tube.
The chiller will keep the varnish quality, no deterioration and thinner,
