In the micro-motor manufacturing process, the stator winding is one of the key production process.

Traditional crafts are coil making wire wrapping a package winding to slot of stator core ,packet shaping ,terminal welding.That is complex process, low productivity, waste material , winding loosing,

internal resistance, thread joints more easily cause temperature rise noise and other defects.

Stator winding equipment status changed in recent years, domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers dedicated micro-motor stator winding equipment research and development and production, there have horizontal two-station stator winding machine available, can be enameled windings directly to  the winding form, then insert to stator core slot.

This  machine save wires and reduce inner resistance, as a result, the cost reduced.
