The commutator slotting machine can handle commutator type with slotted type and hook type commutator  with OD range from 5mm to 130mm,

For slotted type commutator with riser,

a cusom made robot hand is  recommened for safety, and it's time cost to change robot hand when you shift to other types,and the commutators might get damage when unloading,
