Aluminum die casting rotor quality testing equipment use the magnetic induction and sensor to judge if the rotor have thin bar,broken bar,porosity,sand holes ,undercasting.
The aluminum die casting angle,speed and temperature even the air can effect the performance of the rotor,and the rotor test can know the result , it is better to test the rotor after turning and machining.
Usually we don't suggest to test the improper end ring as if there is small porosity sand holes it don't effect the rotor performance.
