The speed of BLDC motor and magnets

For BLDC stator, magnet have some effect on its performance, as in other article we ever talked about the rare earth magnet .

For checkeingthe magnet performance we can simply assembled them to the motor and test, then check the no load speed of the motor, record it, after that use improved magnetizing voltage or stronger magnetizer to recharge it, then record the no load speed of same motor.

If the RPM of later one is smaller than former one, then you should pay attention to the magnet production quality, check the material or the magnetizer or charging voltage.
